It's equipped with basic furniture - bed, closets, sofa, TV table, etc.. Also washing machine / dryier is inside the apartment and dishwasher. The size of the apartment is around 75m2. Parking and cellar are available. Summer days can be spent laying on the bench reading a book in beautiful inside garden or having a barbeque. In case you like to cook you will appraise the possibility to grow your own herbs. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent.
