Whole apartment was reconstructed in 2022 and it comes furnished with the all-inclusive price (internet, utilities, etc.) This one-of-a-kind property features amazing furniture, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen, simply put, a very comfortable space! The room comes with a comfortable double bed providing you with the best nights of sleep, a closet for your clothes, a desk to study or get work done, and everything you bring to it! Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent.
