The apartment, very characteristic, warm and welcoming, has ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta floors. Bathroom with window and all the flat is well ventilated. Equipped with armored door, safe, air conditioning, independent heating, the apartment is located on the first floor of a small building. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and accessories. The monthly fee included condominium administrator costs. Internet fast: fiber,also included. Trash tax €22 monthly. In a central, tourist context and in a quiet street, the apartment offers an excellent location for students or tourists who want to spend some time in the heart of the city, close museums, universities and services for a great time in Florence.
