Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. It is an old and restored house, clean, modern and very bright. It has the charm of the old houses in Lisbon but with the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. It is a private house, for personal use and we rent it seasonally, which makes it very comfortable and cozy. It has 2 floors, counting with the upstairs loft and there is space for up to 5 people. The house is located in the Lapa neighborhood, known for its charm, old palace houses and for been the embassy area, which makes it a very safe zone. It is only 10m walking distance to Santos area, full of brunch, bars and some great restaurants and 30m walk to Praça do Comercio, Chiado and the touristic area. Right next to the bus which takes you quickly to different areas of Lisbon and there is a small convenience store at a 2m walk, which is very useful when needed. The house is a reflection of our passion for decoration and art. It has that chic and different touch. The kitchen is large and spacious as well as the living room. It is very bright and cool in the hot months. Like the old houses in the area, it has high ceilings and carved decorative motifs. Also good to know, the house offers max wifi speed, for those travelling while doing remote-working. For those travelling by car there's also a great 24h parking lot near the house and available street parking by the hour in the surrounding streets. We are looking for respectful hosts that want to experience the Lisbon lifestyle in a very Portuguese neighborhood, well located but quiet area. We are guest's favourite place in other booking platforms, so don't hesitate to check out if needed, to find out what our guests say about our house! How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
