The apartment is at your complete disposal, all the elements of the house can be used as long as they remain in the same state in which they are delivered to you at the time of check-in. It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys inside the lock, since it will lock and you will not be able to enter. In these cases you will have to go to a locksmith to whom you will have to pay the opening amount. At the time of your check-out/departure, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. Departure deadline is 11am if we have not previously agreed another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11am. If you agree with them, please let them in. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
