💢💢💢 We offer you an exceptional stay in a newly renovated apartment, with comfortable and modern spaces, and lots of light. It is equipped with everything you may need in your stay (WIFI AIR CONDITIONING WITH HIGH SPEED FIBER, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, heating among others). Located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Madrid, you will have access in just 10 minutes by public transport to the main tourist sites of the city, Gran Vía de Madrid or the Puerta del Sol. Quiet and comfortable accommodation to relax during the stay in our city. It is a studio that has a double bed and a sofa bed, has a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is at your complete disposal, all the elements of the house can be used as long as they remain in the same state in which they are delivered to you at the time of check-in. It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys inside the lock, since it will lock and you will not be able to enter. In these cases you will have to go to a locksmith to whom you will have to pay the opening amount. At the time of your check-out/departure, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. Departure deadline is 11am if we have not previously agreed another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11am. If you agree with them, please let them in. The closest metro station is Diego de León, located 200m from the portal. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
