This newly renovated 35 sqm (350 sqft) studio appartment at Wallensteinplatz is just a 5 minute walk to tubes U4 and U6 - all universities, the city centre and most attractions are a short ride away. Augarten park and nice restaurants/coffeeshops right at the front door. It's a pleasant half hour walk along the Donaukanal to the city center. Ideally looking for someone renting for a semester or two or a similar time frame. I have some flexibility on the rent for longer stays...
