Das Haus liegt im beliebten Viertel Sülz, 4 Minuten Fußweg zum Amtsgericht, Unicenter, Supermärkte ( Rewe, Real, Aldi) sowie Bus und Bahn sind in 3 Min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Bahn auch nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Die CBS (Cologne Business School) ist in 15 Minuten und die Uni Köln in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Deine Nachbarn sind alle jung und entspannt. Die Wohnung ist zentral aber ruhig gelegen, sie besitzt einen kleinen Balkon der zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist, eine kleine Küche die abgegrenzt vom Wohnraum ist, und ein Bad. Das Bett ist 1,20x2m. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Highspeed WIFI ist inbegriffen. Die Wohnung bietet dir alles was du für einen langen oder kurzen Aufenthalt benötigst....
