There are a total of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a hallway. The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright. The room has one large and double bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, lying surface of 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a chair and a table lamp. The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The new kitchen contains high-quality electrical appliances with an oven, induction hob, free-standing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and built-in extractor hood. The washer-dryer (washing machine + dryer) is also in the kitchen and can of course be used. The rent includes all costs for heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you. Co-Living flat life: We imagine shared apartment life to be such that we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We are also happy to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but is not mandatory. Location: The apartment is located in a prime residential area of Berlin's Neukölln district. Several bus and tram lines, as well as the subway, are within walking distance.
