Important to know: Our apartments are shared apartments, which means everyone in the apartment is part of a residential group. The group is responsible for the entire apartment. If chosen, you will be part of the group. - there is a one-time payment of 299 euro (HA commission) - there is a one-time payment of 199 euro (for the bed linen & end cleaning) - contracts ALWAYS start at the beginning & end of the month, notice period of 1 calendar month - contract: group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one group for the entire apartment. The rent is an equal share of the total rent divided by the number of people.
