Prima della prenotazione inviaci una richiesta di informazioni. Stanza privata in appartamento, centralissimo. Possibile presenza di due gatte adulte (chiedere in anticipo). Piano alto, con ascensore e ingresso da un ballatoio (balcone) nel soggiorno living che ospita un comodo divano e poltrona a disposizione anche dell'ospite. I soffitti dell'alloggio sono molto alti. Piccola zona cucina con tutto il necessario di base. Nello stesso piano si trova un bagno privato (con lavatrice utilizzata in comune) e camera (15 mq) per l'ospite. Attraverso una scala interna si accede alla camera e al bagno privato, ad uso esclusivo della famiglia composta da marito e moglie di anni 50. Il cortile interno dell'edificio è un luogo raffinato, tranquillo e ricco di vegetazione. Ascensore panoramico direttamente al piano, piccolo balcone dove poter stendere la biancheria. La rete Wifi presente è la Fibra. La famiglia vive quotidianamente gli spazi della casa. Quindi sempre a disposizione per eventuali necessità. Si chiede all'ospite un uso responsabile dei beni a consumo: acqua, luce e gas, per permetterci di continuare a mantenere il prezzo qui offerto (in caso contrario chiederemo un extra). Per questa ultima clausola, chiediamo di sottoscriverci questo impegno....
