This cozy apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with amenities such as an oven, microwave, and washing machine. The spacious living room doubles as a dining area and includes a double sofa bed for extra guests. High-speed WiFi is provided free of charge for our guests' convenience. Please note: - Apartment cleaning service is provided, however, please note that cleaning of kitchen equipment is not included. - Utility bills up to €150 are covered as part of your stay. - The rental of a crib incurs an additional cost of €5 per day. - A baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) is available for €10 per day. - Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, we offer two options: 1. Pick up the keys at our office at no extra cost. 2. Arrange for us to meet you at the reserved apartment. Please note that this latter service carries an additional fee of €50 payable upon arrival.
