Welcome to our charming vacation apartment, conveniently located near the María Zambrano Train and AVE Station, as well as just a short walk from the Vialia and Larios shopping centers and the historic center of Málaga. This cozy apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with amenities such as an oven, microwave, and washing machine. The spacious living room doubles as a dining area and includes a double sofa bed for extra guests. High-speed WiFi is provided free of charge for our guests' convenience. Please note: - Apartment cleaning service is provided, however, please note that cleaning of kitchen equipment is not included. - Utility bills up to €150 are covered as part of your stay. - The rental of a crib incurs an additional cost of €5 per day. - A baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) is available for €10 per day. - Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, we offer two options: 1. Pick up the keys at our office at no extra cost. 2. Arrange for us to meet you at the reserved apartment. Please note that this latter service carries an additional fee of €50 payable upon arrival. Kindly inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements. - You can conveniently leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga). - All guests over 16 years of age are required to sign the police register. - Please remember that we will request a refundable security deposit upon your arrival, payable by credit card. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
