Our recently renovated house boasts an elegant and comfortable style, situated on the ground floor with direct access to the street. Enjoy the convenience of centralized air conditioning throughout. Inside, you'll find two double bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one measuring 150 x 190 and the other 160 x 200), along with two full bathrooms equipped with showers and hairdryers. Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a 55'' Smart TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Italian coffee maker, and more. Additionally, the house features two charming patios (measuring 8 m2 and 23 m2 respectively), both adorned with artificial turf and outdoor furniture. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of provided amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and more. Please note: - Apartment cleaning service is provided, however, please note that cleaning of kitchen equipment is not included. - Utility bills up to €150 are covered as part of your stay. - A baby cot is available for an additional cost of €5 per day. - The baby kit (cot, bath + high chair) is available for €10 per day. - Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in after 21:00, we offer two options: 1. Pick up the keys at our office at no extra cost. 2. Meet us at the reserved apartment. This latter service incurs an additional fee of €50 payable upon arrival. Please inform us in advance to arrange accordingly. - You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga). - All guests over 16 years old are required to sign the police register. - Please remember that we will request a refundable security deposit upon your arrival, payable by credit card.
