Welcome to our 3-guest apartment! You'll be on the first floor of a two-story building with a shared rooftop terrace featuring umbrellas, chairs, and tables. Enjoy views of the street with a park across in this peaceful area of Málaga. There's only one apartment per floor, so the rooftop is shared with just one more apartment, and there's no elevator. Equipped with a Smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and air conditioning in the living room, your comfort is ensured. The bedroom offers a double bed with a fan, and there's a single sofa bed in the living room. Hot water is provided via solar panels, and complimentary 300 MB WiFi is available. Nearby, you'll find a gym with a heated pool just an 8-minute walk away (600 meters), and a supermarket within a 4-minute walk (280 meters). Montesa is situated in a local area of Málaga, 700 meters from Huelin Beach and 500 meters from Málaga's central train station. It's a tranquil area, yet along the way to the beach, you'll find restaurants, bars, Huelin Park, and even the port if you walk a bit further. Just upon reaching the river (800 meters), the city center begins, and from there, it's over 1,000 meters to Málaga Cathedral, 600 meters to the highly recommended Atarazana Market, 850 meters to Calle Larios, the main shopping street, and 1.3 km to the Picasso Museum. Several buses near the apartment also take you to the city center. If you have time for more exploration, catch a direct train from María Zambrano main train station to Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Plaza Mayor (Málaga's largest shopping center), and more. Trains run every 20 minutes until around 11 p.m. There are several paid parking options near the apartment, typically ranging between 18 and 25 euros per day. Don't forget to try the beach bars (chiringuitos) at Huelin Beach, where you can also rent sun loungers. Please keep in mind: - Apartment cleaning service is provided weekly, however, please note that cleaning of kitchen equipment is not included. - Bills included up to 150€ - Should you require a crib, there is an additional cost of €5 per day. - Our baby kit, inclusive of a crib, bath, and high chair, is available for €10 per day. - Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For late arrivals after 9:00 pm. We offer two convenient options: either collect the keys from our office at no extra charge or arrange for a meet-up at the apartment, with an additional fee of €50 payable upon arrival. Kindly inform us in advance to facilitate a seamless check-in experience. Feel free to store your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga) before or after your stay. All guests aged 16 and above are required to complete a police registration upon arrival. Please remember that we will request a refundable deposit upon check-in, payable by credit card. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
