You can make your plans for the next day in Vienna on the comfortable sofa or on the large dining table. You will also find free WiFi and a flat screen TV in the apartment. You can prepare a delicious meal in your own kitchen with specialities from the nearby market. Relax in an enjoyable bath. You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. All our guests have free access to a washing machine. The excellent transport connections underground take you to the centre within 29 minutes. The building has 6 parking spaces which can be reserved for € 10 per night when available. The price is valid for 4 people. For each additional person, we charge 300€/month. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
