Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende! Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur. Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit einem Fensterbank. Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell Die Wohnung wurde dieser Monat komplett saniert - Erstbezug nach Renovierung. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und mit allem was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Dein Zimmer hat ein Bett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160x200 cm), 1 Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an. Zur Lage: sehr ruhig, im Grünen in Schwabing . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Gehminuten entfernt (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), zwei Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle / U-Bahn (Petuelring/Scheidplatz), und von da aus ca. 20 min in die Innenstadt bzw. 18 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden U2/U3-Scheidplatz/Petuelring sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Der Luitpoldpark befindet sich in ca. 3 Fußminuten entfernt. Deine Mitbewohner wären: Patrick - arbeitet als IT Berater. Elias - studiert an der TUM. Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe. Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht....
