The Market apartments are in a building in the Sant Antoni area (Eixample) and are available for monthly rentals. They have been renovated to provide a comfortable stay, and their location is very comfortable and convenient in a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent transport connections, near the typical Sant Antoni Market, with shops and restaurants around it. Market 54 apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests, with 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, each of them with a complete ensuite bathroom. Including a completely furnished kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a pleasant living room area with a relaxing sofa. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Final cleaning fee: 100€. Weekly cleaning is included and should be arranged in advance. The charges (water, electricity, internet...) are included in the rental price of up to 200€ per month. Excess consumption must be covered by the tenant. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: - 1 month of stay: 50% of the month - Stay from 2 to 3 months: 1 month - 3+ months of stay: 2 months IMPORTANT NOTE: The entrance to the apartments and the hotel are independent and separate.
