The pictures were taken in 2019. Description of the place: the apartment has an entrance hall-corridor, full bathroom, small guest bathroom (half bathroom), large bedroom (biggest room), small bedroom, living room with kitchen wall-annex. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, kitchen tools, cutlery, plates, pans and pots and much more. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The living-room has 2 sofas. Each bedroom has a double-bed. A double bed 160x200 cm is in the biggest bedroom, a double bed 140x200 is in the small bedroom. The apartment is equipped with, wardrobes, beds (frames and mattresses) tables, sofa, curtains, window blinds, radio, lamps, bedside tables, desks, chairs. The doors of the bedrooms can be locked. Other additional devices/appliances are available upon demand (see the regulation) : TV, iron, iron board, kettle, water boiler, toaster, vacuum cleaner and much more. Neighborhood: The Wawel castle is around 10 minutes walk. The Old Town is around 4 minutes walk. The heart of the Jewish quarter is just few seconds walk. There are many groceries, pubs, bars, shops 24h/7d in the area. The bus/tram stop is around 1 minute walk. The closest tram/bus stops are "Stradom" and "Starowiślna" . The river is around 5 minutes walk. There are 2 shopping malls in the district. The staircase is quiet and the area central and safe. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. The tenants can get a rental service of bed linens and towels.
