I live with my 18 year old daughter in a 4 room apartment (106m2) with a loggia. The apartment is almost too big for us and therefore we are looking for a roommate. There is a 13m2 room with a beautiful view (also into the green). Furthermore, the 43m2 large eat-in kitchen can also be shared. We live with 2 very sweet cats. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine + dryer, central heating, freezer, WLAN, built-in stove with oven, elevator The apartment is 8 minutes walk from a subway station. My daughter and I are not in Vienna for about half a week or longer in summer. The fixed rent would be 650€ all inclusive. The deposit is 2 months rent....
