Beautiful holiday home in one of the best areas of Malaga, Rincón de la Victoria. The house is very close to the beach as you can walk to it. The house is on the ground floor, as there are two houses in the same building, but only one of them is rented for more freedom and privacy of the guests. Our guests will never share space with anyone else. The house is accessed from the street through a metal gate and once inside the enclosure on the right, there are some stairs that once you go down them lead to the terrace and the door of the house. Totally new and refurbished, it has 3 double bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) all rooms with big wardrobes, sunny, exterior and with views to the garden), two complete, new and equipped bathrooms. The open plan, new and fully equipped kitchen is next to the living-dining room, which is large and equipped. There is a round glass dining table in the living room for 8 people. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed. It has a TV, perfect to gather everyone after dinner to watch a movie or to keep the children entertained by watching a movie after dinner. The living room has an exit to a large and very square terrace which is the anteroom to the garden. This terrace has a large table with chairs for breakfast, dinner, or lunch, this terrace will delight the guests at any time and any place. In addition to all this, the house has a wonderful private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of our guests. This pool will not be shared with anyone else and is only for them. The pool has a shallower part, about one meter deep, and this depth increases to two meters in the other part of the pool. The entrance is with a roman staircase which makes it easy to get in and out. There is also an area for sunbathing and lounging in the hammocks. This house is the perfect place for a summer holiday, but also for a few days of relaxation at any other time of the year. In the area, there are several places to shop for food and all the necessities you may need during your stay. Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit. We are committed to quality guests and care the neighborhood. TERMS: - You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills. - The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period. -The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period. - Internet is included in the rental price -Sheets and towels are included. - At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged. - If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit - Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month - It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors.
