Terms and Conditions: A security deposit equal to the room price ensures peace of mind throughout your stay, refundable upon checkout. A deposit of 150 euros is charged for stays of 1 month. Only 1-month bookings are accepted in July and August. Check-in available from Monday to Friday between 10h and 19h. Any arrivals outside of these hours will be charged an extra fee of 25 euros.
