The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet. One of them has a practical desk, perfect for studying or working comfortably. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, double glazed windows for soundproofing and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in one of the central neighborhoods of Barcelona, the historic neighborhood El Raval, in the district of Ciutat Vella. It is an area where you can enjoy the oldest side of the city and countless tourist attractions such as the Museu d'art Contemporani. The apartment is located in Carrer de Ferlandina, a few steps from the Rambla del Raval. Plaza Cataluña, the most important square in Barcelona, is located 10 minutes away and Plaza Universitat, 7 minutes walking distance. In addition, the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which has small squares and terraces that offer an unbeatable gastronomic offer, is a 3-minute walk away.
