We would like to offer a nice furnished apartment 1+kk in the street Čerčanská, on the Kačerov metro station which is around 10 min. to the city centre from there. This furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a view to the garden. Fully furnished studio has convertible bed, dining table with chairs, cabinet. It consists of living room with equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction desk, microwave), very nice bathroom with shower . Also washing machine is available in the laundry room inside the house and it’s free to use without any extra payment. The size of the loft studio apartment is around 18m2. Pets allowed. Please note: Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.
