The entrance hall opens into two rooms, each with a separate bathroom. One of the rooms is a bedroom for up to 4 persons, the other room is a living-room with an open-plan layout connected to the dining room. The apartment has a fully equipped and fitted kitchen. The furnished living room has a large flat-screen TV with HD channels. There is also free WIFI available. The monthly price concerns the months of November, January and February, if you wish to rent for a different month, send me a request and I can give you a tailored price. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
