The property is a 3-minute walk from Kentish Town Underground station, meaning you can travel from the house to Central London in under 20 minutes**. Alternatively, there are great bus links if that is your preferred travel choice. There are 3 floors at Raleigh House, for a total of 20 rooms. All 20 rooms share a very large kitchen with a lounge area to relax and socialise in. A recent addition to the building is a laundry room with free to use machines. Please note that this accommodation is strictly for over-18 years old. There is a strict no-alcohol and no-smoking policy on premises, that applies to all tenants regardless of their age....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
