Furnished flat share ! All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is strategically located in the "Prefecture" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, crockery, kettle, kitchen ustensils, pans, toaster... It also has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The beating heart of the Préfecture neighbourhood in the 3rd arrondissement is the place Guichard which hosts every weekend a fruit-and-veg market. Decorating the square with its colourful mural is the impressive Bourse du Travail, former trade union centre converted into theatre and concert hall. The area, where this superb furnished flatshare is located, is brought to life by its many charming little squares bordered by popular cafés, bars, restaurants and brasseries – if a night in is more your thing, grab some freshly-prepared delicacies from the famous Halles Paul Bocuse. Situated next to the Quais du Rhône neighbourhood, you have immediate access to its many barges, bars and restaurants as well as leisure activites (outdoor pool, skatepark, football and pétanque fields). Just a few minutes’ walk east is Part Dieu, Lyon’s business district, which accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the city’s main transport hub (trains, buses, trams, subway, airport shuttle...).
