💢💢💢 Our Feijoo apartment is located close to the river, in a very local area which makes the experience to visit Malaga much better. Feijoo is a quiet street and the apartment is faced to the other side. As soon as you cross the river (just 50m away) you will have the Picasso Museum: 1km His birth place: 1km Malagas port (and Muelle Uno, area with bars, restaurants, shops) at more or less 1,5km. Just 600m away you will have one of the most famous markets in the city: Mercado de Atarazanas. Here you are able to eat and buy local products. If you want to enjoy a day at the beach and its beach restaurants, we recommend to take the Paseo de Parque with different plants and trees and in more or less 25min you will be at the Malagueta Beach. If you have time and want to visit other places like Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, etc, the Malaga Centro Alameda train station is only 400m from the apartment. This is the same train that also brings and takes you to the airport. Shopping day? Go to Calle Larios and surroundings: 800m away. A beautiful night view of Malaga Cathedral is from the roof top bar Chinitas, small side street of the Plaza de la Constitución (700m) Feijoo apartment offers 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 guests. The bathroom provides a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, wash machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc. Air condition and the WiFi is free of charge. It is very quiet and the views are into a 'patio'. It has a Smart TV so if you have your own access to Netflix, Amazon etc, you can watch it. Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don ́t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice. Note: Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day. Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options: Picking up the keys at the property ́s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia no 6 (Málaga). All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
