This huge, wonderful apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, a short walk from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza del Duomo and it is close to all the main universities. It is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two double bedrooms are very bright and spacious. The third bedroom is a little smaller and has only a small amount of natural light. The apartment is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, there are a kitchen, a big dining room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, with private bathroom. The apartment is perfect for three people. It is also large enough for four people, but two people will have to share a room (this would be perfect for a family with two kids for example). Alternatively, a temporary division of the room upstairs in two individual single rooms might be arranged, upon request. The price indicated is for the entire apartment, regardless of the number of tenants. The utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste) are paid every three months, according to the actual consumption: you pay only what you use. Internet is included in the price. Bed sheets, duvets, pillows, towels are not provided. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and cutlery. Minimum rental period: 9 months. The apartment is for non smokers only, and pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed and it is important to keep quiet before 9:00 am and after 7:00 pm. Cleaning service can be provided upon request, for an extra cost. PLEASE NOTE. A regular contract will be provided, and only the rules and terms stated on the contract will be valid; a the contract will be provided upon request and it is mandatory to read it and agree with it before booking.
