También Posee una pequeña terraza adosada a la cocina, donde se encuentra la lavadora, el calentador de agua y espacio para tender ropa. En una tercera planta, totalmente exterior y con excelente iluminación, calefacción centralizada en todas las estancias y dos baños. El inmueble esta en un finca cerrada que cuenta con portero físico las 24 horas del día los 7 días de la semana, con piscina, gimnasio, área común de esparcimiento y extensas áreas verdes. Muy bien ubicado piso en Méndez Álvaro, a 6 minutos andando de la estación del metro Méndez Álvaro línea 6 y conecta con Renfe y la estación de autobuses. Todos los suministros por 150€ al mes.
