Wir suchen: Spannende Menschen, die im OÖ-Zentralraum eine WG suchen und gerne auf einem Bauernhof im Grünen leben. Wir sind aktuell eine 4er WG (3 w / 1 m, 24 bis 32 Jahre), jedoch wird in Kürze ein Zimmer frei! Zum Bauernhof: Die WG-Wohnung ist Teil eines Bauernhofs, etwas außerhalb von Sattledt in Alleinlage. Am Hof wird in kleinem Stil Bio-Schnittblumenanbau betrieben . Zur WG: Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gib es eine komplett eingerichtet Küche mit Herd/Ofen und Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Internetzugang, Parkplatz etc. Neben der Wohnküche, Bad und 2 WCs, gibt es auch großzügige Abstellräume und die Möglichkeit die Werkstatt mitzubenutzen. Nachdem wir alle Vollzeit arbeiten und unsere wilden Partyjahre schon vorübergezogen sind, mögen wirs eher ruhig, haben aber auch gerne mal Freunde zum Essen eingeladen. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, deshalb gibts einmal wöchentlich unsere Putzparty, wo jeder seinen Putzdienst erledigt. Geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid! Anbindung: Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 15 Minuten nach Wels. Es gibt auch eine gute Zugverbindungen nach Wels Lokalbahnhof (Almtalbahn). Was wir sonst noch so machen könnt ihr unter (hidden) nachsehen.
