The reservation conditions for full housing units are as follows: - Tenant profile: students or young workers between the ages of 18 and 36. - Stay: 6 months-1 year (Some times of the year could be less) - Deposit: 1 month's rent. In certain cases, depending on the profile of tenants and guarantors, we may request an additional security deposit, the amount of which also corresponds to one month's rent. If you do not have a permanent employment contract or your salary is not very high, we request a guarantor and, in some cases, a deposit (1 month's rent) and an additional security deposit (1 month's rent). - Utilities expenses are not included in the price. Tenants are responsible for the payment of water, gas and electricity bills. Internet and other services that may be required must be contracted by the tenants themselves. - We charge a fee for the provision of services during the term of the contract or contracted period, equivalent to one month's rent plus VAT (21%). These services include intermediation with the owner, legal advice on the rental contract, change of ownership of supplies at the beginning and end of the contract, processing of incidents in the property, renewal of the rental contract, administrative procedures, etc. We ask the tenants for NIF, passport or identification document, employment contract or enrollment in a study center. In the case of students, we also ask for the guarantee of parents, tutors, ...., who will also have to provide a copy of their NIF, NIE, passport or ID, indefinite work contract and three last pay slips or statement of accounts.
