The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which is inside one of the double bedrooms), 1 living/dining room and 1 fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a baby bed and chair if requested. TV and Wifi Internet service available and free of charge. Electricity bills included up to 100 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free WiFi access is available in all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential area, we ask that you follow the rules and do not make noise during the night between 22:00 and 08:00. How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
