The living room, kitchen and bedroom are harmoniously integrated within a modern space of 25m2 that has been distributed to perfection and has been tastefully decorated. It also has access to a cozy terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunny days of Barcelona. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and appliances needed to cook at home, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Guinardó belongs to the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of the city. Surrounded by green areas such as the Guinardó Park, which is one of the largest in Barcelona, and is located 10 minutes walk away. Here you will find a viewpoint that offers wonderful views of the city. The nearest station is "Maragall" (L4/L5), a 9 minute walk away.
