The bathroom is also newly renovated and is located adjacent to the hallway. Thanks to its central location, the main sights, restaurants and entertainment venues are within easy reach. The accommodation is very close to the popular Brunnenmarkt, which is open every day except Sundays and is the longest street market in Vienna! Within walking distance you will find a selection of cozy restaurants, (breakfast) cafés, bars, supermarkets and other stores for your daily needs. The accommodation is well connected to public transport (U6 (5mins walk), Tram 2 (4mins walk), Tram 44 (4mins walk) and buses), so nothing stands in the way of your city tour! This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
