Our place is a recent newly built 3 bedroom beautiful house, the room is a big double room with a double bed with spacious wardrobe, with large window, a large bathroom is next to the room, tenant would use bathroom exclusively, occasionally we may have a family/friend spending the night who may use bathroom, as the other rooms in the house are ensuites. The room comes internet port for network cable connection, it's got Wi-Fi as well. Kitchen is amazing, everything is like new, house has a massive garden with a medium size shed, living room is not shared. We are a family of three, easy going fun loving people. We are looking for a Female tenant who is quiet, neat and tidy, preferably a student. House location is very close to most amenities and more. 6 minutes walk to Saggart Luas stop (red line) takes 40 minutes to City Centre, 7 minutes walk to CityWest business park, big corporate companies i.e. Unilever 8 minutes walk to Citywest Shopping Centre, most shops are in there, Post office, Gym, pharmacy, dominos, McDonalds etc. 8 minutes walk to bus stops for 77a (city), 65b (city), (W62), 8 minutes walk to shopping Centre (Dunnes), Lidl & Circle K. 2 minutes to a big open park Loads of food shops local, quiet, extremely peaceful area...
