Our place is a recent newly built 3 bedroom beautiful house, the room is a big double room with a double bed with spacious wardrobe, with large window, a large bathroom is next to the room, tenant would use bathroom exclusively, occasionally we may have a family/friend spending the night who may use bathroom, as the other rooms in the house are ensuites. The room comes internet port for network cable connection, it's got Wi-Fi as well. Kitchen is amazing, everything is like new, house has a massive garden with a medium size shed, living room is not shared. We are a family of three, easy going fun loving people. We are looking for a Female tenant who is quiet, neat and tidy, preferably a student.
