Very large luxury ground floor bedroom, fully furnished with new furniture and large TV. Large garden to relax in the summer and its a nice quiet house. There is free off street parking if you drive. Couples are accepted but the rent will be £1,900. Council tax is included in the rent. I'm Janet I'm the live in landlord and I am friendly. Nearest stations Bellingham and Catford Bridge which take you into the city. Not far from Lewisham Hospital and local shops. There is a gym nearby too and a library....
