The location is on "Rue du Chatelain". it is for me the nicest road to live in in the whole of Brussels. You have hundreds of restaurants around. It is a posh area but still lively and very convenient. It is geographically in between "Flagey, Brugman". It is arguably the most strategic location to live in in Brussels. The road is a dead end at the moment because the square is being renovated so the road is the most quiet road in Brussels while having all the advantages above. It is my younger brother who lives in the appartement right above and my older brother who lives in the Appartement right below. The last upper floor is occupied by the company "Animo". There are no children or young people partying in the building. The building is fully owned by my family so we quickly take care of any inconvenience in terms of repartions and noise. There is parking place for a car and a parking place for a bike. The apartment was fully renovated in 2019 by architect Zazie Maquet and I changed the windows in 2023 to have the best insulation....
