This studio apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Gros and 15 minutes walk to Zurriola, but it's in one of the quietest areas of San Sebastián (Ulia). The whole area around the studio has beautiful views of the city and is very well connected to public transport. The studio has everything you would need - a full size bed, a large couch that can transform into a queen size bed, oven, stove, full size fridge, washing machine, and patio for storage and clothes drying. With fibre internet and a quiet neighborhood, it's a perfect place for students and workers alike! Pets are potentially allowed, but this would need to be discussed and would have extra fees as the apartment is newly furnished (this is listed in "Other optional costs" and would be €100 per month) -- check with me if you have a furry friend you'd like to join you! Registration is also possible, but this depends on the rental period chosen! Registration will only be considered for those who book for 6 months or more.
