Centrally and conveniently located with access to all major public transport right at your front door. ⏹️ OCCUPANCY ❗️ For your own comfort we've permitted a total of two (2) persons, consequently our rental agreement includes a total of two (2) persons only. Pending a monthly supplement this apartment can accomodate up to a maximum of three (3) persons in total. Should you wish to house a 3rd person aged 3 years and over, an additional 450 euros per month will be charged. (infants from 0 to 2 stay for free) For more information please do not hesitate to reach out. ⏹️ THE APARTMENT: Designed with comfort in mind the living room and terrace dominates an open spaced day area. A fully fitted modern counter kitchen is flanked by wonderful dining and entertainment area – perfect for creating meals and memories. Towards the rear, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms fitted with one King-size bed each with ample closet space. And last but not least, the bathroom with bathtub/shower and double vanity completes this exceptional apartment ⏹️ FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO MOVING IN: ⚠️ All rental agreements will only take effect upon the completion of the following three (3) mandatary formalities: N° 1 SECURITY DEPOSIT ✓ The primary tenant is requested to settle a damage deposit equivalent to 50% of the month's rent prior to arrival. We offer our tenants the following options to settle their deposit: OPTION A: CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION: o A secured link will be forwarded, so that you instantly may settle your security deposit online, in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation. Following your departure and an inspection, the pre-authorisation will be released within 24h. OPTION B: BANK TRANSFER: o We will forward you our bank details so that you may to settle our security deposit by bank transfer. After departure and upon completing an inspection, we will initiate reimbursement within 7 business days, minus possible bank charges. ⚠︎ Your bank transfer transaction will take effect only after the total amount has been received and confirmed by us in writing. N° 2 REGISTRATION: ✓ ALL occupants included within the lease agreement will need to provide us with an official government issued photo ID. For EU citizens a copy of a valid European photo ID card (no driver's licence is accepted) is required. For NON-EU citizens a copy of a valid passport is the norm. N° 3 RENTAL CONTRACT ✓A rental contract agreement will need to be signed by the primary tenant before moving in. ⏹️ OUR SUPPLEMENTS ✓ EXTRA BED OR BATH LINENS Your residence has been fitted with a fresh set of bed and bath linens according to the number of persons included in your reservation. Your linen will be refreshed during our weekly housekeeping service. If you so desire, extra bed / bath linen may be requested, pending a 24h notice and a supplement: 35€ for one fresh set of bed linens / 30€ for one fresh set (1 person) of bath linens. ✓ EXTRA HOUSEKEEPING A weekly housekeeping service is included in your rent. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
