The building This building focuses on creating a community of young people from all over the world and offers a wide range of different facilities to make this possible. Watch a movie in our own cinema, get in shape in the fitness room, climb the walls in our bouldering room or study on our roof terrace. These 4 are just a small selection of the 12 common areas that the building has to offer. Access to these areas is included for all residents! The studio All studio's are fully furnished and completely equipped. The studio even has a dishwasher and air conditioning! This place recently has been build. So it's is new, modern and ready to move into. Specialties - Bed: 120 x 200 cm with storage space - Furniture: small sofa, ottoman, dining table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, side table, bedside table, bedside lamp, cupboard - Own private kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, sink, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, glass and crockery, kitchen utensils - Private bathroom: sink, toilet, shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack. - Other amenities: private wired and wireless internet, 4K smart TV (43 inches) with TV channels, air conditioning. - These studios can only be rented by one person. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If you don't have a subscription yet, you can buy one in a few clicks.

- Fill in a quick rental application and send an intro message.
- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
