It is located in the historic center of the city of Aveiro (just 1 minute walk from the fish square). The guesthouse consists of 3 floors, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, having as common areas a kitchen, a laundry area (with washing machine and clothesline), and a large furnished terrace area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, ironing board and iron and coffee machine. Crockery, utensils and a private cupboard for each user (locked with a key) are provided. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, mattress, pillow, bedside table, lamps, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, storage unit, mirror, coat rack and trash can. In addition to the wireless internet available throughout the villa, each room has a network point next to the desk, allowing wired internet connection. TV socket also available in all rooms.
