The structure, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, is able to satisfy both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily reachable from the motorway by car or a few steps from the lines to and from towards the center of Parma. The monthly fee includes: utilities, gym, study rooms, relaxation rooms, Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus, large green area, copy shop always available, video room and internet point. In addition to the 24/7 availability service, a guarantee of the safety of our campus, we include all maintenance and small damages that can be fixed by our staff.
