The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, mattress, pillow, desk, chair, storage space and internet access. The monthly utilities fee is fixed and includes water, electricity, internet and cleaning of the common areas. A video call visit can be arranged before booking, and a detailed document with photos and house information can be shared.
