By tramway or walking close to the vinyard reagions of the 19th district Grinzing and Nussdorf. Have breakfast at the Blaustern or the Cafe Cottage, both favorite places of mine, or have a after-work beer at the Fischerbräu, a well loved place by Viennese locals and visitors. Newly opened you also find Casino Zögernitz within short distance. For young night-lovers there is the famous GRELLE FORELLE... The apartment is furnished as a Signature Apartment with all my love: The curtains, cushions, designer-lamps are chosen with interior designers. The rooms are all decorated with selected pieces of art. The furniture is a style-mix, combining modern pieces with traditional Austrian and even ethno-furniture. Many items of decoration I have brought with me from journeys all around the world. Concerning shopping, you have everything within walking distance: groceries SPAR and BILLA, bakery Gradwohl, a frame-maker, lingery store Palmers, farmacys, building supplies store QUESTER.
