The space is divided in: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The building has a parking slot, intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 2 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. The Main bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower plate. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an open kitchen fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as a dining room or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and smart TV. There is a ducted air heating system installed to make sure you never get cold on winter days. As for the summer, you may use the same ducted air system you can control with a digital control at the wall. WiFi connection is also installed. We are sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, internet, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- The apartment is perfectly connected to the Malaga business area. La Merced neighborhood is located on the north side of the historical center, between El Egido Hill & Gibralfaro. Most tourists amaze with the urban art of the neighborhood, especially for the colorful graffities on many of its walls. During Easter, some of the “Cofradías” walk through calle Cruz Verde (200m away from the apartment). Streets full of life, with a prime location: 5-10 min away from city center and 15 min on foot to La Malagueta beach. You will find small stores, frequented by locals & tourists. Surrounded by bars and restaurants where to enjoy Malaga’s gastronomy, and with supermarkets, pharmacies and banks nearby...
