It has a fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment has bed linen, towels, shampoo and gel. It has a privileged location, 15 minutes walk or less from the main tourist attractions of the city such as the El Prado and Thyssen Museum, the Puerta de El Sol, the El Retiro Park, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, etc... In a lively and fashionable neighborhood, with a multitude of recommended restaurants, bars and terraces, markets, and excellent connections. Guests can expect access to any type of information/recommendation about the city and help with everything that is available at all times from the beginning of their reservation to the end of their stay, at the guest's discretion. The apartment is exterior and is located on the second floor without an elevator, so there are quite a few stairs to access. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
