The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, , microwave, dishwasher, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . There is a Gas- Common heating heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. It is the perfect location for a business trip, as you will be located a few blocks away from AZCA business area and very well connected to the northern business areas (Plaza Castilla and New Towers). The property is very close to Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid ́s main avenue that crosses the city from north to south. Santiago Bernabeu is the main tourist attraction of the neighborhood, also at walking distance. If you are not able to watch a Real Madrid CF's match, you may be interested in visiting the stadium ́s museum. Orense street is the main commercial area to go shopping, and for your daily needs, you will not have trouble finding groceries stores and pharmacies close to the apartment...
