It can accommodate up to four people, with the option of using the sofa bed located in the living room. It has an open kitchen, integrated into the living room, fully equipped (coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove) and kitchenware. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, and TV. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bathrooms are complete with showers. Utilities of up to €200/month are included. Seasonal conditions apply (LAU art. 3.2): minimum stay of 20 nights, seasonal rental agreement to be signed before arrival; indication of the reason (work/study/health, etc.); subletting and construction work are prohibited. No lodging services are provided (no daily cleaning, no catering, no 24-hour reception). Optional and paid services are available: one-off cleaning, linen change, laundry, parking, transfers. Coexistence and safety rules: noise and smoke control (quiet hours 10:00 p.m.–9:00 a.m.) and compliance with community rules. Gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
